Abstract

This report is based on the theory that research, analysis, engagement, and communication can lead to improved public policy and practices. In this case the theory is applied to the field of regionalization in four distinct policy fields or “silos” in Newfoundland and Labrador: 1. Health care; 2. Education; 3. Municipal government; and 4. Economic development.
