Additional Information: | Produced by Stephanie McKenzie. Joan Sullivan is the Managing Editor of Newfoundland Quarterly magazine. She freelances as an arts journalist, and her work has appeared in The Globe and Mail and The Telegram, been broadcast on CBC Radio's Performance Hour and Tapestry, and posted to Akimbo and rabble.ca. In theatre, her credits include adapting Mike Heffernan's Rig: An Oral History of the Ocean Ranger, which had a sold-out run in St. John's this past February. Her book In The Field won the Rogers Communication NL Book Award for Non-Fiction this year, and her play You Are Here was selected for the anthology Rattling the Stage (McGraw Hill). She is currently working on a book about travel and memory. |
