Abstract

Making the Case for Partnering is an introductory session based on the partnering cycle. The session focuses on establishing strong working relationships between key individuals from multi-sector backgrounds, adding value to the partnering process. During the session you will be introduced to four key phases of the partnering cycle: scoping and building, managing and maintaining, reviewing and revising and sustaining outcomes. You will have an opportunity to reflect upon your own experiences with brokering partnerships and discuss some of the challenges you have faced along the way. The session is based on material from the partnership Brokers Association.
